Hotel key cards for both the official Annual Symposium host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.

Advertising in the mobile app for the 2018 ITNS Transplant Nursing Symposium offers you concentrated exposure to attendees. The mobile app includes a complete listing of educational sessions, presenters, meeting events, and exhibit activities.

The majority of attendees will use the app constantly throughout the conference and this is a great place to gain visibility with a sponsored post, push notification, or other exhibitor and sponsorship enhancements. Grab the attention of attendees and provide a great service!  The charging station offers a branded kiosk and charging ports built into furniture for attendees to charge their devices and contains cabling or USB power which correspond to most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and includes a surrounding comfortable seating area for the attendees to relax and network while charging. The Charging Lounge will be prominently located in a public area of the ITNS section of the hotel.  Price includes production and specialty furniture.

Engage your target audience through a 90-minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the Symposium time slots. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch.  Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 100 with additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance of the Symposium and in the conference mobile app. Sponsors are responsible for all food costs associated with the event.

Connect with transplant nurses at the Annual Symposium by having your literature provided directly to attendees.  Participation gets your materials into the hands of attendees early as they arrive onsite.  The bag insert will provide a physical messaging piece for an early impression and call-to-action to visit your display or sponsored event.  The bag insert is placed into the conference tote bag that all attendees will receive as they check in at Registration for the conference.
