Generate Leads and Booth Traffic

Greet Annual Symposium attendees with a cup of coffee in the Exhibit Hall. Coffee will be distributed Friday during breaks and lunch. Your company name, logo, and/or booth number can be placed on coffee sleeves for all of the Friday breaks.

Price includes production. Deadline to submit materials to ITNS for production: August 15, 2018.

Hotel key cards for both the official Annual Symposium host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.

Engage your target audience through a 90-minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the Symposium time slots. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch.  Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 100 with additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance of the Symposium and in the conference mobile app. Sponsors are responsible for all food costs associated with the event.

Deadline to submit presentation content to ITNS for review/approval: June 15, 2018

The Passport Program directs attendees to your booth in the exhibit hall.  When attendees get their passport card stamped by participating exhibitors they are eligible for special prize drawings in the exhibit hall.  Reach your audience with this special and fun program.  It's a great way to connect with attendees and drive foot traffic to your exhibit.
